Cincinnati is 5-5 on the season following Thursday's loss.
In this story:

CINCINNATI — The Bengals lost Joe Burrow and eventually lost to the Ravens 34-20 on Thursday night in Baltimore.

Cincinnati led 10-7 in the second quarter after Burrow found Joe Mixon for a 4-yard touchdown, but that was the last time the star quarterback would be on the field.

Burrow suffered a right wrist injury in the second quarter and didn't return. The 26-year-old completed 11-of-17 passes for 101 yards and one touchdown before the injury. For more on Burrow, go here.

The Bengals have lost back-to-back games and fall to 5-5 on the season. Here are our postgame observations:

Injuries

Burrow wasn't the only player to go down on Thursday night. Cornerback Cam Taylor-Britt suffered a quad injury late in the first half and didn't return.

Bright Spots

Joe Mixon had the Bengals' only touchdown. He finished with 100 yards from scrimmage, including 69 rushing yards.

Mixon ran hard and led the team with five receptions.

Rookie safety Jordan Battle led the team with 10 tackles. He saw significant playing time and appeared to take a step forward for Lou Anarumo's defense.

Logan Wilson was also all over the field. He finished with nine tackles, one quarterback hit and a forced fumble.

Browning in for Burrow

Jake Browning completed 8-of-14 passes for 68 yards and one touchdown. He found Ja'Marr Chase for a 2-yard score late in the fourth quarter.

Browning also ran for 40 yards.
