CINCINNATI — Former Bearcats QB Desmond Ridder capped his first NFL game with a dazzling fourth-down miracle pass to Jared Bernhardt to beat the Detroit Lions 27-23 in his NFL Preseason debut.

Ridder posted an up-and-down night passing, going 10-of-22 for 103 yards and two touchdowns. Yet, his legs showed through multiple times on a 59-yard rushing night.

The Bearcats legend isn't starting the season as QB1 for the Falcons, but with more showings like this, he should get his chance during the regular season.
