Bearcats Offer 2025 Forward Caleb Wilson
CINCINNATI — Wes Miller and the Bearcats aren't slowing down their pursuit of talent from Georgia. 2025 forward Caleb Wilson announced he received an offer from Cincinnati. The Holy Innocents High School (Ga.) freshman is already impressing schools.
According to MaxPreps, Wilson is averaging 16.1 points, 10.4 rebounds, 3.9 assists, 3.3 blocks, and 1.4 steals in eight career games at Holy Innocents.
"Wilson is one of the most interesting players I’ve seen over the last few months," Hoopseen's Josh Tec wrote about Wilson in October. "It’s difficult to watch the 6-foot-7 wing prospect and not be tantalized by his upside and potential. Although he’s young, he already checks a lot of boxes. Size and length are some of his natural gifts. He’s mobile for a bigger guy, so he can play multiple positions. Inside the perimeter, his size and motor make him more than a handful for opponents to deal with. He’s great around the rim on both ends of the floor, and he gobbles up rebounds. Around the perimeter, he’s a disruptive defender, he can be trusted to sink some 3-pointers, and he can create off the dribble. He has tools in his bag, it’s now just a matter of sharpening them. I can’t wait to see what the rest of his high school career looks like."
The Bearcats also offered fellow Georgia native Gai Chol a scholarship last week. Cincinnati's 2022 class features three players and is ranked 28th overall by 247Sports. Wes Miller has players from all over the place on the current UC team as he continues molding the roster in his image.
