CINCINNATI — Five Reds prospects were ranked in MLB Pipeline's Top 100 list. It's just another indicator that the future is bright in Cincinnati.

Third baseman Noelvi Marte led the way at No. 21. He made his way to the big leagues last season after starting the year in Double-A. He posted a .316/.366/.456 slash line in 35 big league games last season

The Reds picked Rhett Lowder with the No. 7 overall selection in the 2023 MLB Draft. He's No. 34 in the rankings. The right-hander posted a 15-0 record at Wake Forest last season, finishing with a 1.87 ERA in 120 1/3 innings.

Another infielder checked in at No. 67, as Reds shortstop Edwin Arroyo had an impressive season last year, making it to Double-A Chattanooga. He posted a .252/.324/.433 slash line with 13 home runs and 29 steals in 123 games.

Two pitchers rounded out the list for the Reds, as Connor Phillips checked in at No. 70 and Chase Petty was ranked No. 98.

Phillips joined the Reds in September last season, but showed promise in the minor leagues prior to his stint. Petty made it to Double-A last season. He throws in the high-90s and should be another piece of the puzzle for the Reds moving forward.
